Term-level queries #
Exact structural matching: term/terms, prefixes, wildcard and regular expressions, ranges and existence — no analysis, no scoring surprises.
- Term / Terms — one exact value / any of a set
- Keys — match by document key or system id (
idsspelling also accepted) - Range — numeric / date bounds
- Exists — the field carries a value
- Prefix / Suffix — begins with / ends with
- Wildcard —
*and?patterns - Regexp — full regular expressions
- Fuzzy — within an edit distance (
AUTObudgeting included)
SQL twins: every query here maps to a plain predicate — = / IN,
comparison operators, IS NOT NULL, LIKE (*→%, ?→_) and
FUZZY().
