Specialized queries #

Queries with their own scoring or matching model — neither text analysis nor exact-term filtering, so they live apart from the full-text and term-level families:

• Distance feature — recall every document, score by proximity to an origin (date, numeric, geo point)
• More like this — find documents similar to given text or documents; top terms as a disjunctive query, no embedding model
• Scripted queries — script_score scoring, script filter predicates, _script sort

Each is a leaf query and composes inside bool like any other.
